Saints Row IV: Re-Elected
What They Said
"...a talking gun, a full length musical number, and a whole lot of other shenanigans all await!" - IGN
"Saints Row IV: Re-Elected nails the fun and the funny in perfect balance" - Digital Trends
"...as far as I'm concerned Saints Row IV: Re-Elected is just plain awesome in every respect." - Gaming Age
At first it was DLC for Saints Row The Third, then it was the latest game in the franchise, next the publisher went bankrupt and everything was in limbo. Along came Deep Silver to save the day and everything was back on schedule. That is the story of Saints Row IV.
Since originally releasing in 2013, Saints Row IV has gone on to break all sorts of records and prove yet again that the game which was once a parody of Grand Theft Auto has definitely found its feet. Through continued support in the form of additional content packs, Volition has built on the fan base it has developed to date, and after a new generation of consoles came out it was the perfect time to release everything in an all-in-one package.
Not only does this version of Saints Row IV come with some graphical and performance improvements, but shipping on the disc is every bit of DLC for Saints Row IV (over 25 packs in total) along with the main game and the stand alone expansion Gat Out Of Hell. In addition to everything packed onto the original disc, as a pre-order bonus players also got access to the Plague of Frogs and Devil's Worship add-on packs. If that's not value then I don't know what is!
As you can see below thanks to the fine folk at camelcamelcamel.com, the price of Saints Row IV: Re-Elected & Gat out of Hell on Amazon has fluctuated quite a bit since release while still following the expected overall downward trend.
As for prices in other parts of the world, GAME in the UK has the title currently on sale for a two month low of $20GBP. Meanwhile OzGameShop and Mighty Ape, servicing Australia and New Zealand, have the game at $33 - $35AUD and $50 - $53AUD respectively.
